Wobabybasics, a Chinese sustainable business(December, 2008)
Sherry Poon is a mother and an entrepeneur. Her two daughters inspired her to start her own business and do something for the environment. Today, she runs Wobabybasic, a baby clothing company that only works with organic fabrics.

All of Wobabybasics clothes are manufactured in China in a factory carefully selected due to it's ethical concerns.Far from behing a sweatshop, the factory provides English lessons for their workers. These workers also have their own union and are paid by wage, not by how much they sow.

March of the Fortresses (September 2007)
The III March of the Fortresses recreates the journey of the French invasors by the Portuguese fortifications, along the northern outskirts of Lisbon (1807). The 250 participantes left from Runa, Torres Vedras, at 07h00 and arrived at Bucelas, Loures, at 20h00. On the whole, it was a 42 km (26 miles) walk chasing the path of Napoleon's troops. * Sound in Portuguese only
The world's longest canvas painting (September 2007)
The city of Amadora, located in greater Lisbon area, has entered the Guinness World Records having painted the world's longest canvas. In the military facilities of Regimento de Comandos da Amadora, the canvas stretched for 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) and anyone could participate. One of the few rules was to avoid drawing letters, but at the end of the day, hard work and talent got everyone's pride up.
Algarve's Sand Sculptures (August 2007)
